01. Exploration Call
After you inquire, we will reach out within 48 hours to schedule an Exploration Call. We will explore your vision, your story, and share more about our approach.
02. Customized Proposal
After our call, we will be able to create offerings that fit your vision and desires and can recommend what we think serves you best.
03. Quote + Contract
Once your proposal is approved, we send your official quote and contract. Once it is signed, you are OFFICIALLY in our books. Welcome to the ALLD family!
04. Story Exploration + Video Calls
Before the wedding arrives, you will go through our intentional process we’ve cultivated for 10+ years that sets our experience apart. This will transform our connection with you from “client” to “friend.”
05. Wedding Weekend
It’s time to celebrate! We’ll be fully present and fully immersed in the day with you and your people, capturing moments big and small.
06. Following the wedding
This is where the real fun comes on our end. We begin crafting the Heirloom Film together, blending together what we know about you two, the life and experience of the weekend, and our own artistic interpretation.
This isn’t a highlight video – it is a family heirloom.
Just like when you hold your grandmother’s wedding ring, this too will become an integral part of your family tree’s fabric and will pass down for generations to come.
